He’s tall with blue eyes and has one big unfavorable trait: he’s not interested in his wife. Cory Logan is another character we meet early in the pages of PLEBEIAN REVEALED. He’s the husband of Lauren and father to their two teenagers, Lee and Aiden. And while I was writing this story, there were several times where I wanted to slug him. In the beginning of PLEBEIAN REVEALED, Lauren is coming off of an emotional high, finishing a televised concert to debut Plebeian’s inaugural album. Of course Cory isn’t even looking up to congratulate her. His seventeen-year marriage is on the rocks and he doesn’t even seem to know. His wife desperately clings to the obligations of their marriage while he can't be bothered to let her know when he’s coming home. With Cory’s character I wanted conflict with a capital C. He doesn’t return her texts or remember where she is, but he sure seems threatened when her ex-boyfriend Johnny is around. So maybe deep inside, he really does love her? Or is work his true love?
